All Festool saws are dust-extractable and work with our guide-rail system for safe, precision cutting. No more time-consuming measuring as precision cuts are guaranteed. The patented splinterguard is an elastic lip on the bottom of the guide rail which presses on the workpiece along the scribe line. This ensures splinter-free, mill accuracy with no tear-out on any cut. It also reduces or even eliminates the need for finishing work.
